Flooring in Indian residential and commercial buildings faces demanding conditions: heavy monsoon humidity, ground-floor moisture seepage, daily wet mopping, and intense foot traffic. Traditional hardwood warps under moisture, laminate flooring swells at the joints, and porcelain tiles can feel cold, noisy, and prone to hollow sounds. Naturo SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) and LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) Flooring deliver a 100% waterproof, rigid-core solution engineered for lifelong stability.

Core Performance Features

100% Waterproof Rigid Core

Limestone composite core will never cup, warp, or expand even under standing water or damp subfloors.

100% Termite & Borer Immune

Inorganic stone-mineral matrix contains zero organic wood fibers for insects to feed on.

Unilin Click-Lock Installation

Floating floor system requires zero glue or nails; installs directly over existing level tiles or screed.

Integrated Acoustic IXPE Pad

Pre-attached 1.0mm–1.5mm high-density acoustic backing absorbs footfall impact and reduces room echo.

1. Anatomy of Naturo Multi-Layer SPC Flooring

Naturo Stone Plastic Composite flooring is built through a co-extrusion and heat-lamination process featuring five distinct performance layers:

  • UV Ceramic Bead Shield: Top protective coating containing ceramic micro-beads for maximum scratch resistance and UV color fastness.
  • Commercial Wear Layer (0.3mm to 0.55mm): Transparent heavy-duty film rated AC4/AC5 for high residential and heavy commercial foot traffic.
  • High-Definition Decorative Film: High-resolution optical print reproducing rich European Oak, American Walnut, Chevron parquetry, and Italian marble visuals.
  • Solid Limestone SPC Rigid Core: High-density composite of natural limestone powder (calcium carbonate) and virgin polymer, providing extreme dimensional stability.
  • Pre-Attached IXPE Acoustic Underlay: High-elasticity closed-cell foam backing that cushions steps, prevents thermal chill, and absorbs hollow impact noise.

3. Rapid, Mess-Free Floating Floor Installation

One of the major benefits of Naturo SPC flooring is the ability to remodel an entire 1,500 sq. ft. home or office in less than 48 hours without removing existing ceramic tiles or producing masonry debris:

  1. Subfloor Inspection: Ensure the existing tile or concrete floor is clean, flat (within 3mm over 2 meters), and dry.
  2. Click-Lock Joining: Angle the tongue of the plank into the groove of the previously laid row at a 30-degree angle and press down until it clicks flush.
  3. Expansion Clearance: Leave a small 6mm expansion gap along perimeter walls, which is covered with matching Naturo skirting profiles or quarter-rounds.
  4. Immediate Occupancy: Because no glue, solvent, or grout is required, the floor can be walked on and furnished immediately upon completion.
